Dear Mr. Ashim Ji,
As per Regulation 191 (2) of Coal Mines Regulations, 1957, protective footwear (approved by DGMS) is to be provided by the Owner,Agent or Manger of mine, to persons employed in mines at intervals not exceeding 6months, free of charge.
