I have some doubt reg the CMR & MMR
Why restricted certificate holders can't work in opencast coal mines?
(qualifications are same, strata conditions may be equal, same examinations conducted.)
I agreed that the ventilation paper is must & should for underground mines.
could you (restricted certificate holders) please, request the DGMS to consider our case.
