Any Geologist is not eligible for Second class exemption. You have to apply for Mate certificate first. After clearing of Mining mate you can apply for 2nd class Manager certificate in 4 paper Scheme after 3 years of experience as Mining Regards, UMASANKAR GODAVARTHY
