Dear All, I think in this day and age when self attestation is being considered as sufficient for copies of certificate, the archaic practice of asking candidates to send their original certificates by post for verification is plain stupid. Who'll be responsible for lost certificates ? If the country's premier mine safety organization is so afraid and averse to simple technology then god only knows how they intend to ensure safety of miners.
