1. A pool of reputed transporters to be created.
2. Justified rates, route wise leadwise etc. shall be arrived at and transporters quoting lesser rates shall be discouraged.
3. Also transporter shall ensure proper covering of trucks, good condition of body doors etc, proper payment to manpower engaged.
4. GPS Tracking of trucks
5. A group of clients may engage patrol parties in a specific route.
6. Coal companies shall also take measures to simplify procedures for Coal procurement and to avoid middle men.
