Dear Venkat,

If your mine is mechanized and obtained permission under Reg 106(2)(b), the manpower count is not a constrain for applying. You have to mention the permission (Reg 106(2)(b) number below the manpower column.

please find the attachment . APPLICATION FOR THE FOREMAN IS REJECTED  showing reason that manpower of 30 in experiene certificate is below stipulated number.
