Dear sir,
In 2005 I received my 2nd class certificate, restricted(metal) and in 2007 i appeared 1st class exam for first time.After that i left India for 6 years.
Can you please guide me while working out side India, some body can appear 1st class exam, i have all the required documents and experience for 1st class exam, but the only exception is i am working out side India.Or it is necessary that, to appear 1st class exam, one must be working as 2nd class manager/statutary post.
