Dear all, I am a Diploma in Mining Engineer from Ranigang Mining college Pass out-2012 .I am allready a Mining Sirdar Certificate holder.I applied for exemption certificate to DGMS about 5 month ago but unfortunately I have not got my certificate,my all collegiate already gotten their certificate.I send all original documents as per form-2 . Please tell me now what did I do ?
