The problem is the govt. agencies function in isolation than in unison. Here it is pilferage of coal in transit? during internal movement
Iron ore moved out of the state thro some routes, enter the neighboring state without document, from there moved by rail to Ports, unloaded in ports and loaded in vessels . All under the nose state & center govt depts
Can all these happen without blessings
Employee has to tow the line or shown the door with threat. Now it is employee who is jobless

It is great to see lot of response on the subject and confirms the fact and the concern regarding the same. I am still open to discussions on the subject. More important are the ideas that are CRAZY in nature and that can be compiled and forwarded to the ministry for implementation. Please keep on posting with ideas that come to your mind.
