From my earlier experience i understand that the Operator of mines (Licence holder for mining activity from Government of India) files a quarterly and annual returns through Mines Manager/Mines Owner/Mines Agent.
Have any amendments arrived in the Oil Mines rules wherein subcontractors are also required to file Quarterly and Annual Returns.
Like Drilling Contractors, Manpower suppliers etc. working in exploration of Oil and Gas for the Mines Owner.
