When original experience certificate had already been submitted for a specified period, photocopy of the same must serve the purpose. You should produce detail of submission of the said experience certificate alongwith a copy of the submission letter / examination application form.

Dear sir


  my name is arshad i have cleared my 2nd class competency exam in 2013 and now i got a letter from dgms dhanbad to produce my original experience certificate from 2001 to 2010 for further issue of my competency certificate but now i will not be able to produce my experience certificate from 2001 to 2005 because in the company in which i was working has been closed due to environmental issues and the mines manager working there has left the company and either i don't have the original experience certificate as i have already submitted at the time of applying for examination

please help me in this issue ,i need your precious advise
