yes, one year statutory (2nd class) experience is required to get a first class certificate.

For a degree holder to get First class certificate of competency, whether the experience in statutory capacity before getting second class will be counted or not ?

or is it necessary to get minimum one year of experience in statutory capacity after getting second class..??
