U r eligible to attend the first class examination after u get 2 years experience Eventhough u don't have second class certificate. After u got the certificate & experience, u received
First class certificate.so prepare for ur exam.

For a degree holder to get First class certificate of competency, whether the experience in statutory capacity before getting second class will be counted or not ?

or is it necessary to get minimum one year of experience in statutory capacity after getting second class..??
