Yes my dear friend I agree with you fully not to run away from the situation, but if the situation arises that there may be loss of life or serious accident may occur never compromise that's what I meant.
Nobody on earth can take away your bread & butter from you. If you follow the path of truth you may face difficulties. Now the question is whether you want to run away from difficulties or face them.
I have many examples of the mining engineers who were never wrong but due to the pressure from higher management they had to even spend their lives behind the bars.
Even one of the surveyors had to suicide when CBI enquiry was initiated for coal stock shortage. Think of the loss to his family.
Even one of the CMD of the largest public sector resigned from his post.
At times one has to send the message to the community that where we are heading.

Respected sir,
It seems all contradictions are available in your such view. Resigning from a company is really not gonna help you and DGMS. It will be better to talk with management and technical department both. Being a mining engineer, Its our duty to make our mines safer nor to run away from a problem.
