Dear all
I am applied for duplicate foreman certificate last 6 months ago but no improvement on issue of certificate.
Recently I am also passed the 2nd class exam also but the result was kept in with held due to the reason of non submission of foreman certificate at the time oral. Recently I had receive a letter from DGMS in which mention that when the submission of certificate the 2nd class certificate will released. So kindly give any precious advice regarding the problem what I am faced.
