hii friend,.....Mr.I.K.Ilamaruth U CAN GET MININUM 2 YR FIELD EXPERIENCE FOR GETTING OR APPLIED FOR 1ST CLASS MINES MANAGER CERTIFICATE,...& U SHOULD HAVE A SECOND CLASS MINES MANAGER CERTIFICATE AT THE TIME OF APPLYING FOR 1ST CLASS ,....AND BEFORE GETTING 2ND CLASS,EXPERIENCE CAN BE COUNTED FOR 1ST CLASS MINES MANAGER CERTIFICATE.




YES, it is not necessary to get minimum one year of experience in statutory capacity after getting second class.
