Request to DGMS Director Dhanbad and All Senior Director of State Mines and geology and Public Sector Mining Units.
Sir i noticed that DGMS is giving relexation to Pass the Exam for Field Candiate(FC)for last some years.
Fc easily Passing II Class Exam Where as Degree/Diploma Facing First class exam is very Tough.
It is not good practice for all Qualfied Engineers who pass degree in 4 Years and tough Entrance exam .
Then What is Difference between FC and Degree Candidate.
My Suggestion is that BE Engineer Exemption Cer should be entitled as as a II class(I)
and FC should be II class (II)
