Dear sirs
I have 14 months of experience in open cast coal mine and 9 months experience in Underground coal mine and 27 months in Underground metal mine. I have gas testing certificate and valid first aid certificate. Second class certificate -coal has not yet come. Can I appear for first class exam this year??.
