Dear Ashish,
If your name is in "B" Register, then it is the duty of current Mines Manager to give you exp, certificate when ever you need it.

Dear all
I have worked a limestone mines in year2007 For one Year under firstclass manger.
that time i left job and not taken experience certificate.after 5 year pass i need certificate .the previous manger left job and refuse to grant exp certificate. he say that you can take exp cer from current manager.
i follow them .current working manger check my all record in register.
all are ok,but they say that u should met for take cert.
ok,no issue,but i am outside india and it is not possible.
My minesowner ready to give me certificate .
In that case can i take cer from owner in DGMS format .
