I am not at all hurt 
I wanted a free frank opinion
Improvement is not unidirectional
I am in the process of collecting a feed back to inform organizers and do the best possible under the circumstances
Without any pointing out how many come with preparation  for attending classes
The other day i saw a mail indicating that he would take up studies after receiving hall ticket
I conducted classes on the 14th with hardly any interaction
I am not blaming any . Let us do some soul searching

Dear All
I fully agree with the openion of Sri annatha Murthy garu that the way of orgainsing  the coaching classes of managerial examinations . some one says you are supposed to write what was written in as per rules and regulations some faculty says you have to write the content that may sufficient, making total confusion. and another main thing the faculties attend the classes most of the times with out preparation . this needs to be changed . like in nagpur you can run evening session classes for a period of 2 to 3 weeks  for cluster of mines on paid basis , but with full stuff of thorough notes and working excersises .
this is how the classess needs to be run not as usual what we are doing now.
 
This is an indication how the classes are being run by / atteded by the faculties .
 
VTC Crew has to think over that seriously , it is not the mistake of students ,its the result of unprepared faculty for the last few years .
 
Its an prfessional examination thats why it also needs professional touch in teaching, not for one day/ 2 days OD Trip for the faculty, i know some of you may get hurt but this is an bitter fact . i know many a times after attending classes by cadidates expressing the same what i wrote.
 
In addition to this thee may be some changes needs to be carried out in organising vt programmes
 
1. like supervisor development programme managerial development programme should also developed for both 1 st class / 2 nd class holders for refreshing the knowledge. sorry to say no where 2 nd class manager will be inpictre of updation of knowledge based programmes .atleast yearly once/ twice one course needs to be organised by the vt centre for managerial development programme coverign legal , technical upgradation onlatest like wise.
 
2. Why 2 nd class people not involved in safety week inspection team members , when an mechanical engineer of hemm division occupies the team member position. are we thinking that a 2 nd class manager is equal to foreman level ?
This needs to be changed., the main motto of achieving the safety will be better achieved
only when middle level managerial persons were made involved to share real field experiance in terms of safety ,productivity, economy.
afterall this 2 nd class certificate holder is also an managerial certificate holder isnt 'it?
