Dear Sir,

It's a very good idea. Computerization and online working enhance
productivity, transparent working as well as save time and money.
DGMS has started work on a customized software for (1)
"Identification of Accident prone Mines" and (2) National Safety
Awards (Mines). Initially this software would include two basic
modules first National Safety Award Management System and second
Statistical Management System of Accident Prone Mines but these
modules broadly identified and may be examinations for grant of
competency certificates and the processing from application to grant
and status etc. will included in this software in near future.

we all shall have hope that DGMS office will introduce for this online process very soon.............

we also welcome this .process / method ..........for applying with single application form for the second attempt .............it will be very much useful for all of us.......ecpect some requried docuements like Medcial certificate etc....

Yes, it's a good idea.Dgms office can introduce online application process for all exams like om, SMC , FMC, survey etc, and can issue hall ticket by online . It's easy and useful for both. And also can develop a program for status of issue of certificate in website.And also please introduce a system that: if a candidate attempted for an exam and failed, he can apply for exam with a single application online for further attempt.

Dear Mr. Gopi Kadiyala,

That is a very good suggestion. Computerization and automation of (1) documents and (2) processes at DGMS would help mining companies as well as DGMS itself.

Please share your thoughts on where to start this change from and who is authorized to initiate such a program.

All respected Members
Today i want share something what we can do at DGMS OFFICE too.

As all you know in olden days getting passport means is a big task.But today as all you know,that is simple like anything.
Process same but activities are done by using software programming.I want share some pics as well as pdf application(By programming) of the indian passport system.

So finally my opinion is why can't we do this for all dgms certificates(1st,2nd class etc) & as well as all dgms records like accident report,annual eturns,permissions etc(hard & soft copies) in Dgms site.

If everybody suggest & support this system, our DGMS may introduce this system by within 4 months.
pls find the attached demos& pics of this system.
