Kindly go through recommendations of 9th, 10th & 11th Conference
Also Draft MMR 2012 has a separate regulations for contractor. This details his responsibilities as well.

In Mining we have concept of MDO. When MDO is not principal employer in such case .......
1, What is the Role of a FCC holder if he is employee of MDO (contractor ) . Because in a Mine , The Principal Employer has already a mines Manager. If the contractor designate his FCC employee as Mines Manager . Please guide...
2. If at any face HEMM operation is going on but any incident or accident took place at face , contractor having FCC holder for safety as well as in operation . So in such case what is the liability of contractor deployed FCC person for statutory concern.
