Dear Sir,
Present Karnataka Mining operations stopped because of Supreme Court Order, CEC. but before CEC order our mine is not in operation Notice of Discontinue given. my question is
1) When Mine is not in operation i.e. (Notice of Discontinue) at that
period i will get Experience Certificate.
2) Now Reopening Notice given for R & R work only. while R&R Work i will
get Experience Certificate and that is valid.(not Service
Certificate)
Please give me advise
