The certificate should be issued by 1st class manager only. Then only the certificate is valid.

I have applied for job in local limestone mines and may b I got job there. Therecis novfirst class or second class mines manager still now.
Now my question is that may I face any difficulty in getting experience certificate after one year for applying second class Certificate?
