Hi,
Some of the having Second class Manger ( as a Manager), Foreman(Diploma) & mate.They have given open notice to DGMS & all returns intime..But they have not get 106 2 (b) HEM permission. But thire experience is consider for appering 2 nd class for Dipoma holder if second class manger is given Experience certificat
