Mr Dadtagiri,
In Mechanized mines usually scheduled maintenance shift will be arranged to attend the preventive & breakdown maintenance of HEMM, depending upon their machinery, production, etc., either one shift in a week or one shift in a day.
It is the mines manager's responsibility to keep at least a mining foreman for supervision in a maintenance shift to maintain the safe operation of the shift as per the statute.
