Dear sir,
Any person who is employed in mine, Either CONTRACTUAL or REGULAR mode, their personal details are required to be maintained in Form B as per the provisions of Mines Rules 1955 and relevant DGMS circulars. tFurther the 11th National Safety Conference on Safety in Mines held recently had ,emphasized the need for compliance of statute for the contractual labour engaged in mining operations and responsibilities/obligations of the CONTRACTOR .
Every Manager of the Mine had to ensure the compliance of above without fail.
