Dear sir,

Any person who is employed in mine, Either CONTRACTUAL or REGULAR mode, their personal details are required to be maintained in Form B as per the provisions of Mines Rules 1955  and relevant DGMS circulars. t
Further the 11th National Safety Conference on Safety in Mines held recently had ,emphasized the need for compliance of statute for the contractual labour engaged in mining operations and responsibilities/obligations of the CONTRACTOR .

In veiw of the above, what I suggest is, please enter the details of all those contractual Labour in FORM B, which depicts the personal details Viz.Age proof, MVTC training details,IME/PME  etc  and their due dates, of ALL contractual/permanent working persons.

Every Manager of the Mine had to ensure the compliance of above without fail.
