Dear Sir,
I am working in a iron mines having capacity of 8 lacs /annum. we have about 20 to 25 machineries
and local miners are also engaged in opencast working for sizing and sorting. about 350 to 400 persons
are enfoced to employed to soothe local problems . hired vehicles AND M/C ARE ALSO USED
. BUT COMPANY WANTS TO SHOW ONLY 160 TO 170 PERSON IN B FORM .
OTHERS ARE FORCEFULLY GIVEN WORK OTHERWISE MINING WILL BE DISTURBED
HOW TO OVERCOME WITH THIS PROBLEM .BECAUSE DURING INSPECTION OTHERWISE
PEOPLE SAY THAT I AM WORKING IN THIS MINES AND HENCE NEED TO ME ENROLLED
IN B FORM
PLEASE SUGGEST
