This can be done in consultation with DMS of the area - where in you have other statutory person available to give training
Dear Friends,
I would like to bring the following points to you. Some of the B.E. mining and diploma holders are unemployed . They have request to me to help for training with stipend owner of small mines are not interested in giving trainng with stipend due to finacial problem. . Management is ready to take them full time training in the mine inplace of Foremen and mining mate. if DGMS doesnot give violation & allow B.E. & diploma (mining) work in place of foreman & mate. Will the DGMS consider ? Mine owner will give training in theire mine with stipend. After one year completion they will also get 2nd class certificate for degree holders and foremen certificate for diploma holders.Pl give sugguestion . Now days mines foreman & mate are shoretegy in Tamilnadu owner will write DMS(Particular Mine) for permission to allow B.E. & Diploma (mining) training in place of foremam & mate in case Dms Agreed.
