Hi,
I met Mr.Sarkar DDGMS.Banglore. He gave permission to B.E. mining as graduate trainees in the place of mining foreman/Mate. But I would like to clear some doubts. Will the B.E.miming training graduate will get exemption for second class certificate after completion one year and getting the certificate by mines manager? If second class mines manager who is also mines manager Under MMR 34(5)/34 (6) who got th DMS authorization and got for HEMM106 (b) permission, can also give the certificate and will it be eligible & accept mining Examination Board to issue second class cetificate.
