We should not forget to thank to the Mine owners like Mr Reddy & others who left no stone unturned to earn hefty profits by mining of minerals haphazardly beating all the rules. And we mining engineers were witnessing all the nuisances for our bread & butter. Even some of us were becoming smart, smarter even smartest to be close part of the game.

First all mining fraternity should fix up to what extent we have to be part of the nuisances & the way the bell is to be rang without loosing our jobs.

Because race of managing the nuisances in more smarter way has one limit & the people sitting at suitable places will always try to misutilize it.

thinks & suggest.

Dear friends,
Today india is again witnessing
a great economic boom and to sustain that kind of growth exploitation of available natural minerals resources is of paramount importance. Mining is the basic need of any industry. All most all the raw material which the industries use comes from mining. More than ninety percent of daily use items of any person comes from mining and yet there is such a grave apartheid for mining from everyone. What a shame. Mining has become a great tool in the hands of NGO's for being funded and for being getting to the fame quickly at the cost of great damages to the economy and the people who live on mining. Sand has become so expensive today. Imagine the plight of a common man who wants to build his dream home. Soon we are going to see a huge surge in the power tariff as million tons of coal has to be imported to fuel the power plant. Thanks to politicians, NGO'S and judiciary.
Regards
Hanif

UNTIL AND UNLESS WE HAVE STRONG MINING TECHNOLOGICAL GROUP AND DO EXTRAORDINARY TECHNICAL AND ENVIRONMENT WORK THE BUSINESSMEN WILL GO ON FIGHTING AND COMPLAINING FOR EACH OTHER IN COURTS AND JUDICIARY WILL GO ON TAKING STRAY ACTIONS DAMAGING MINING ACTIVITIES. THIS IS THE MAIN REASON THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO EXPLOIT OUR RICH RESOURCES OF DIAMOND, GOLD AND OTHER COSTLY MINERALS. OUR POLITICIANS DO NOT HAVE STRONG POLITICAL WILL TO MAKE THE NATION SELF SUFFICIENT IN MINING AND MINERAL INDUSTRY. OUR NGO WANTS TO EARN BY GIVING THREAT TO MINE OWNERS WITHOUT ANY BASIC STUDY. THEY JUST TAKE THINGS FROM RESEARCH PAPERS HAVING NO PRAGMATIC BASIS AND PUT THE CASES IN COURTS. TAKE THE EXAMPLE OF SAND. TO-DAY IT HAS BECOME MOST COSTLY MINERAL IN THE COUNTRY AND INCREASED ILLEGAL MINING TO A GREAT EXTENT.

Hello all.
The government is pitching for make in India campaign and inviting global investors to invest here thinking that employment may be generated but the fact is that mining which was creating job opportunity for several decades have been made isolated and so many people  who were directly or indirectly associated with mining industries are facing trouble. But its not a issue with the government its a issue with the system. Mining is one of the main source of income for the state and central government, But they are the to ignor it.. in my view when we ourselves have so many resources why don't we created jobs or save the existing by allowing it. If any company has committed illegal mining terminate them immediately and pass the leases to other who works legally. Just don't stop them immediately such that  severe effect may be faced by the employees and may not be the employeers. It's almost 3 years iron ore mining in Karnataka is banned or limited. But no one  seems to find immediate measure ignoring the fact that sufferings are immediate but justice is a long way. If the court decides to hear it's stand it's justice off the court and not justice to people or worker's.  I request the group to raise their voice please don't think that I'm not effected and my friend is this may happen to you sometime later but I wish it doesn't.  Let us all draw the attention of this dgms and ministry of Labour and employment and ministry of mines to help stop this sufferings.
Thanks
