The biggest recognition is the thought and proposal
Thank you all
During our period that is between 1960 -80 hardly were there any study material available. Those had to appear 4 subjects and clear all in one go
Having experienced and being one among those who sat in Dharna in DGMS office front in 80s  i feel that the later generation should not undergo such situation and get material for study
I also strongly believe by such interaction i update myself and a man should stop learning only on his last day in the earth
Once again thank you all
Arunachalam

We under the aegis and guidance of DGMS,DDGMS,DMS and with help of MEAI, can confer Life Time Achievement-(All India Level) for a senior person.

for an Eminent Mining Engineer who have/had immensely contributed in the area of mining operations, Safety and Knowledge sharing among fraternity, Training of Workmen and competent persons for various exams and as per statutory requirement. (through GVTC).

Teaching institutions, Consultants etc can be excluded for nomination.

Sincere deliberations are requested in this regard.

I strongly felt & propose that, the first person to be eligible for such an award is Sri.B.Arunachalam Iyer, Manager,GVTI,Hospet  who had immensely contributed/contributing for the benefit of mining fraternity through various proactive initiatives with deep practical experience and knowledge.
