Experts are there in constructions of new explosives plants.But first of all whether it is Explosives or Accessories Plant. In Explosives whether it is Slurry or Emulsion (Small dia or Large dia) or (Permitted or Non Permitted) or Bulk Loading Explosives(SME) and Accessories whether it is Detonating Fuse or Cast Booster or Detonators( all types) .
And for construction of new plants INDUSTRIAL LICENCE compulsory from Ministry of Commerce & Industries, New Delhi & all approvals from PESO Department Nagpur.
