Dear all experts
Once a product is already trialed ,Tested & has completed all parameters fixed by DGMS authorities & has awarded DGMS certification, may questioned by any materials manager during the tendering process by imposing special eligibility criteria as under.
Specific Eligibility Criteria;
(F) Previous Supply order copy duly authenticated and Notarized for tendered item be submitted.
(G) Manufacturer/Dealer must submit their performance report for successful completion of
guarantee/warrantee period of tendered item against past order copy submitted, duly
authenticated and notarized.
when any special Test marked is allotted like- BIS,Hallmark,ISI etc,it ensures that product is quality product under their parameters & consumer trusts on it accordingly but if any tendering authority imposes criteria asking for performance report against DGMS approved product, Don`t it indicates that he/she is doubting on DGMS certification ?
please clearify that can they ask like this ?
