                Safe operating procedures are written guidelines for procedures and tasks involving recognized hazards.

                

Standard Operating Procedures

                Established procedure to be followed in carrying out a given operation or in a given situation or a specific procedure or set of procedures so established that ensures safety of the person doing the job.

anyone can kindly clarify whether SOP means Safe Operating Procedure or Standard operating Procedure.
what is the exact difference between COP and SOP with any example.
