Dear all
Please clarify our typical problem.
Our mine include following two types of CONTRACT activities :
1. Contract manual mining ( collection heaping of sand ) with duration of 3 hours(1/2 hr interval) per day carried out in two shifts (7AM to 10AM & 1PM to 4 PM).
2. Contract mechanised loading & transportation of sand with the duration of 8 hours per day carried out in two shifts (7AM to 3PM & 3PM to 11PM).
Please clarify following doubts :
1. If a person seeks approval to work in the both the contract in the different position ( worker & driver) whether we can allow. If not which rule prevent the same.
2. If allowed whether he can for two form B, two form D and two PF nos.
