Please suggest me to answer a question in a quantitative method .
Question: As a manager of a mine having different Electrical machinery (shovel,drill,pumps)to be supplied by a 33 kv/3.3 kv and 440 volts sub-station, how do you assess the strength of electrical Supervisors to maintain and attend Electrical apparatus as per CEA, Rgulation,2010.
