Hi Mr. Abhiram,

CAE Studio3D, CAE Studio5D - Mostly use for all kind of deposites, 5D has a useful tools like scheduling underground.

Vulcan - Very good for planning as well as scheduling.

Xpac- For scheduling.

There are lots. Need to define your deposite to get best result.
