Other benefits:
- Regular performance based yearly increment.
- Candidates will be eligible for Rs 1.0Lakh as loyalty bonus after 5 years from the date of appointment.
- Leave 2 days / month (24 days in one calendar year).
- 8 hours shift duty in underground.
- Arrangement of food and sharing bachelors’ accommodation at site by the company.
- Underground employees are covered under WC Act.
- Minimum marks obtained in Graduation, Diploma, SSC, HSC, ITI - 50%+
- Age – Fresh cases maximum -26 years, experienced cases- maximum 29 years.
- Heights- Min. 5’6”& Weight between 50 to 70 KG.
- Eye sight not more than+1.0.
- No colour Blindness or shall be free from Sugar, BP & Coronary problem.
- Medical fitness as per Mines Rules 1955.
Terms and conditions:
- Selected candidates will have to undergo one month class room training at Kratin Mining Academy, Nagpur.
- All selected candidates shall deposit a sum of Rs. 5,000.00(Rs. Five thousand only) with Kratin before joining class room training and this amount will be reimbursed to the candidates by SMSIL after one month of their joining duty in SMSIL and if they continue and / or found fit to continue in the job.
- During training at Nagpur, candidates will be provided free lodging and boarding.
- Selected candidates will be required to execute a bond for five years (including training period) and bond amount will be Rs. 1.5 Lakh. Bond shall be executed at the time of joining SMS Infrastructure Limited.
- Selected candidates will have to deposit all educational and professional certificates in original with the management (SMSIL) for five years.
