Greets.
I need a clarification regarding surveyor Certificate (Restricted - Exemption). Regulation 17 briefs that whoever working in opencast and having Practical experience of 6 month in Mine surveying after completion of Diploma / Degree in Mining Engg etc. may apply to avail the exemption in receiving Surveyor Certificate (Rest & Exmp). There is no Clarity in Manpower working in that mine or group of mines. Recently,One my colleague applied in this category and He was returned the application form with the reason mentioning that there should be minimum of 60 manpower is that mine. Is there any circulars in this regards? kindly provide the detailed steps/ procedure in this regard.
