Dear All,
            Even though I am a Mining Engineer, I know a little bit about web technology and I do have my own hosting server to host websites. I can take the responsibility to renew the hosting as well as domain and keep running this site if the respected owner of http://www.dgms.net/  allows it to happen.
I guess, we all can make it happen with our combined request to the respected owner. If it at all materializes, future members as suggested by Rathin Biswas (My classmate) can also contribute in keeping the content of the site updated.

First of all thanks for all the support you as individual provide for the Mining community. We always require continuous support and guidance from you.
Sir, as most of us are full time employee, it may not feasible for most of us to serve the (Proposed) group, we can initiate this and subsequently we may have some office bearer for this group/society, and of course all this will be possible only you permit us for so.
Sir, did you enquired about the Budget requirement for continuing this website and a special group (access may be restricted/open to all, after discussed with in the group members)?
Can we have a database/ survey to see how many of the present members are willing to join in the new group (having some membership fees of say, Rs. 1000/year or any other amount you fill suitable)?
Sir, is there any legal obligation to forming a group like this?

I will miss the site and thankfully acknowledge the information on this website and the DGMS group mail.

Sir, Can we have a group/society for maintaining this website and group mail (personalized/ not a free service from yahoo)? For this, a society/group may be formed. Funds may be collected as membership fees and some paid advertisements.  Some office bearers may be appointed by the society to maintain the updated website and all other tasks. Functionality in details may be discussed and finalized in this group.

This is a proposal for discussion and necessaries action by the members of the group, in general and the senior members, in particular.
