Dear Premranjan ji,

Experience obtained in explosives and overseas is not considered to work in a statutory capacity. To work in metal mines, you should have at least one year experience in o/c mines to become a foreman. As for as work in coal mines is concerned, you should have at least one year experience in u/g coal mines. Regards
