Dear Sir,
As per the guidelines for diversion of forest land for non-forestry purposes under the Forest (Conservation) Act 1980 – for stipulation the norms for Survey and Investigation (Prospecting of Ores) on forest land in case of metallic ores – test drilling up to 20 – 25 nos of boreholes of maximum 4" dia per 10 Sq. Km. is permitted.
It means 1 nos of boreholes of maximum 4" dia per 40 hectare is permitted.
Further please guide me:                                                             
UNFC guidelines is applicable on forest land or not. If not then, is there any documentary evidences are for the guidance.   
If it is not upto the mark as mention as in the UNFC guidelines than Mining Lease is granted or not.
