Female Candidates are Eligible for Mining Engineering Course.

National Institute of Technology Karnataka & Some of the Gujarat Engineering Colleges Having students as females.

But Their scope is Limited because of Mines Act 1952

Mines Act says Female candidates were restricted to work beyond 6 pm to 7 am.

They can work in Daylight Hours. For Underground they should be accompany by some competent officials.

They can do Mine Planning & Scheduling or any Research Work.
