We have to monitor the stacks. The oldest stack should be dispatched first. Provide water facilities in case heating starts. Now a day thermal cameras are available to monitor heating. House keeping in stockyard is essential. You may visit many sites which are ill maintained. The local people/miscreants easily have an access to the coal stock. Old stocks are left for many months giving rise to spontaneous heating.
