The mines boundary may extend beyond mining lease - When the dump is outside lease, the beneficication plant of which mines mgt has control and other facilities under mines control comes under mines boundary .
The mines boundary may be within lease boundary- When the working and facility is within lease boundary mines boundary should be inside including at least 5 years of working area as per Mining Plan/ Scheme of Mining.
In all cases it is defiend by Mines Manager and approved by DGMS.
