I appreciate DGMS for conducting on line Eaxms. In first Class Metal Restricted DGMS have included Unrestricted questions also this was not fair. Not only they have included Unrestricted questions and also 50% negative marking was a horrible. These things have discouraged many.When the Paper is for Mining Legislation (R) they should have covered questions from Mining Legislation (R) only. I request DGMS to reduce the negative marking from 50% to 25% as it is being done in other competitive examinations.
