I once again reiterate possessing license and ensuring competency are two different aspects. Mere possession of license does not give the competency and the vice versa

These are recommendations of conferences. Therefore i do not think it gets a legal sanction.
However it is necessary that employer assesses their competence and authorize them for such jobs

Has it been clarified anywhere in the subsequent National Safety Conference?

  1. I am a holder of Foreman Certificate competency. I am working as a manager (Authorization under Reg34(6) MMR).

    I need the service certificate to apply for Second-class examination.

    There is no other manages for that. Because it is small mine which having the capacity of 20 Man power and Total HP of the machinery 300HP.

    Now can i get service certificate from Owner? If yes what qualification he should have?
    If not May i know from whom i can get the service certificate?
