Dear sir, I personally met ddms(exam)reg some clarifiction for issuing 1st class crft and I submitted it on 18th April,2016through courier near Dgms office.I contacted over phone to ddms(exam)on 13th july,2016 reg status of my crft and he told that it was despatched 3 days ago and still I have not received.what should I do?any contact of dispatch section or postal deptt?
