Dear sirs,
(1) A mines manager first reported the complete mining lease area as the control area to DGMS but workings are limited to shorter extent. If manager want to do correction and define the mine working area only as the mine control area on a later stage, what are the methods and procedures to change the extent of mine control area.
(2) At what frequency, a mine manager needs to report a change in the mine control area to the concerned DGMS authority?
(3) If mine workings are scattered within the mining lease area, then how mines manager can define the mine control area?
(4) Kindly also elaborate what are the forms and maps need to be submitted and to which DGMS authority.
